Geishas : Geishas are artists dedicated to the world of traditional Japanese arts. The meaning of the word is just that: “woman of the arts” . Their training includes music, traditional dance and tea ceremony. In Kyoto, they are called geiko , while elsewhere in Japan they are known as geigi .
